Director of Leasing & Strategic Real Property Management
Nicole has more than 23 years of commercial and university real estate and lease management experience. She holds a degree in finance and maintains her licensure as a principal real estate broker with the State of Oregon. Nicole leads the real estate management efforts of all OSU campuses and locations across the state. Prior to joining OSU in 2008, Nicole worked for eight years in commercial portfolio management and brokerage.
Paige Olsen
Real Property & Leasing Manager
Paige is an experienced Real Property and Leasing Manager with over 13 years of experience in property management and leasing. Prior to this, she spent 10 years as an escrow officer, gaining in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions and contract management. Paige is skilled in leasing negotiations, property management and navigating complex real property details. Her expertise in both escrow services and real property leasing has made her a trusted professional in managing and optimizing OSU’s real property agreements.
Shar Fagersten
Leasing Contract Specialist
Shar has worked at OSU for six years, joining the Real Property team as a Leasing Contract Specialist in February 2023. With a passion for communication and creative problem solving, Shar applies her expertise to writing and managing leases, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with OSU’s business partners and stakeholders. A proud graduate of Oregon State University, Shar is dedicated to supporting the university’s real property management and contract obligations.
Chris Van Drimmelen
Land Stewardship & Business Process Manager
Chris comes to Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management with over a decade of experience in Higher Education, the majority of which was spent in the operations and facilities area of student housing. Chris has worked at Seattle University, University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Washington State University, and OSU. His professional interest areas include database systems, process improvement, assessment, facility management, and contracts.
Chris joined the Leasing and Strategic Real Property Management team in March of 2023.
Amber Rapp
Contracts Officer
Amber Rapp has served as a Leasing and Strategic Real Property Contract Officer since November 2014. She develops and manages contracts while conducting complex research and analysis related to real property management and transactions. Amber is skilled in making and implementing strategic real property management recommendations, ensuring effective solutions for stakeholders.
