About Us

Project Delivery oversees and supports hundreds of small and large projects for the university every year. From conceptual project development through design, permitting, construction and occupancy, we endeavor to create facilities and campus infrastructure that support the teaching and research objectives of Oregon State University, strengthen our partnership with the community and reflect our commitment to stewardship of OSU lands.

Our interdisciplinary team includes architects, engineers, construction managers and project managers. We work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new construction, renovation and remodeling projects that support the university’s academic mission, align with OSU's commitment to universal accessibility and sustainability and honor the rich, historic roots of our campus.

Project Delivery operates with five primary principles in mind:

  • Cost – deliver projects of long-term value within justifiable, bench-marked budgets.
  • Performance – measure and track process effectiveness and outcomes of each project.
  • Quality – deliver buildings and infrastructure improvements that uphold high standards of quality and respect the historic character of OSU's distinctive environment.
  • Schedule – deliver projects in a professional, timely manner.
  • Stewardship - collaborate with colleagues in the Office of Sustainability, Equal Opportunity and Access and Facilities Services to implement life cycle cost analysis, accessibility improvements and sustainability measures.
